At Bloomera Tea Co., we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Because our products are consumable tea items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bloomorateaco@pm.me. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
