At Bloomera Tea Co., we carefully prepare and package each order so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order size.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, Bloomera Tea Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Bloomera Tea Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at bloomorateaco@pm.me.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bloomorateaco@pm.me.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability may vary by location. Any applicable customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Bloomera Tea Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping processes.
